(1) The University shall be a self-governing and organized institution with unbroken succession.
(2) The university will have a separate seal for all its activities. (3) The university can acquire, use, sell or make other arrangements for movable and immovable property like a person. (4) The university can file a complaint in the same way as an individual and can also file a complaint against the university in the same name.
(5) The university can enter into contracts with individuals, exercise rights and fulfill obligations according to contracts.
